Leaks under sinks, around toilets, and at the water heater
HVAC and indoor temperature
Signs of pests or storm damage
Mail and packages collected
After every visit, you get a photo update so you can see your home is just how you left it.
Plans
On-call check: $150 per visit
Monthly plan: $550 a month for regular scheduled visits
Larger homes and add-on services are quoted on request.
